These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and rbajer ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting website located at rbajer.biz. These Terms apply to all services provided by rbajer, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, instant games, promotional offers, and all account management and payment services.

By creating an account on rbajer, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the rbajer platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. rbajer's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy form part of these Terms by reference and should be read together with this document. In the event of any conflict between those documents and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise specified.

To register an account with rbajer, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had a rbajer account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not included on any self-exclusion list maintained by rbajer or any responsible gaming body to which rbajer subscribes.

Each individual may hold only one rbajer account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts. rbajer reserves the right to combine balances across duplicate accounts and to withhold any funds determined to have been obtained through multi-accounting.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent verification request is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

rbajer may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, or source of funds. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence for identity and age verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawal.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your rba jer account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify rbajer immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, any loss or theft of your login credentials, or any other security breach affecting your account. rbajer will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.

rbajer employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all login sessions and financial transactions. Two-factor authentication via SMS to your registered Bangladesh mobile number is available and strongly recommended for all accounts. However, the implementation of these security features does not transfer responsibility for account security from you to rbajer. You remain solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

• Do not use public or shared computers to access your rbajer account.
• Do not save your rbajer password in shared browser profiles.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on mobile devices.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication on your account as an additional layer of protection.

All deposits and account balances on rbajer are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). rbajer does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion fees. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by rbajer at the platform level, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

Deposits made via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your rbajer account within five minutes of a confirmed transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two hours to be credited during standard banking hours. rbajer is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider's own processing times or network outages.

All funds deposited into your rbajer account must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted. rbajer reserves the right to request verification that the payment method belongs to the account holder before processing any withdrawal. Deposits found to originate from third-party accounts may be returned to the source account and the associated rbajer account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the rbajer account. rbajer does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.

Before any withdrawal is processed, rbajer may require the account holder to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting acceptable identification documents. This is a one-time requirement for new accounts. Accounts that have not completed verification may have withdrawal requests held pending the satisfactory submission of required documents.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Approximately 15 to 30 minutes after approval.
• Bank transfer: 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Withdrawals requested outside Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business hours may be processed on the next business day.

rbajer reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before approving any withdrawal. In cases where unusual account activity is detected, the processing of withdrawal requests may be temporarily delayed pending investigation. rbajer will communicate the reason for any such delay to the account holder within 24 hours of the withdrawal request being submitted.

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus-derived funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account balance.

rbajer offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the purpose of that promotion only.

General bonus conditions that apply across all rbajer promotions unless otherwise stated:

• All bonuses are available to account holders aged 18 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per account, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific offer states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and carry no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• rbajer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Suspected abuse of any bonus or promotional offer — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or arbitrage — may result in the cancellation of the bonus, removal of associated winnings, and suspension of the account.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each individual promotion. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from the account balance along with any associated winnings.

By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and these Terms, the game's own rules shall apply for gameplay purposes.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any rbajer intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit in any commercial manner any content or material from the rbajer platform without the prior written consent of rbajer. Unauthorised use of rbajer intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and/or criminal liability.

rbajer reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform in connection with criminal activity.

• Detection of multi-accounting or the use of automated tools in violation of these Terms.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant and may be subject to an administrative fee or closure in accordance with rbajer's dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed by rbajer for reasons other than a breach of these Terms by the account holder, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the account holder via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure is due to a breach of these Terms, rbajer reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation and, where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

You may request the voluntary closure of your rbajer account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements have been settled.

rbajer reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, rbajer will publish the updated version on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where the changes are significant in nature, rbajer may also notify registered account holders by email or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the rbajer platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which rbajer operates. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled amicably.
